Let's just say that I find it hard to believe that George W. Bush has the best interests of the American people at heart. No offense to the fine people of Texas intended.

wouldn't you feel better knowing you were chosen as the featured artist because of your talent and not because you wrote a current events opinion song? i'd be embarassed but if you write a song with sound clips from the T.V. you probably think you DID deserve the featured artist nod.

Acrually, no, that is precisely what makes me feel so darn warm and fuzzy inside. It's always gratifying to be recognized for what you consider to be your strengths; mine have always been lyrics and subject matter. I'd drifted away from the political arena for years, but this one (written about a year and a half ago, incidentally) just seemed too important to leave sitting on the back burner. Thanks for listening, though. And don't worry, they switch out the featured artist on a fairly regular basis. I'm sure you'll get your chance.

Haha...love the sound clips...who'd figure that our brain surgeon of a president would contradict himself like that. very political...something that punk songs have traditionally been about! Very nice. :0)

Can't stand punk/pop myself, sorry. I don't think it's bad, just a bit too similar to other songs in this genre, but hey, that's just my opinion :) (Smile)

Good song, bad message. Are we just going to wait for Sodamn Insane bomb us with warheads containing small pox, or any other biological weapon?

also you can't put an early message next to a new one and call the president a hyprocrat. Origionaly we where infavor of a peacefull solution to the problem, but thanks to France, and Saddam Hussain not disarming, we did what we had to do and go to war, and in mind we can justify war against Iraq and any other country that thretens our security.

George W. Bush has done what he has been obligated to do as president. Let me tell you this if Al Gore, or infact any other democrat was the president and they where doing this, ther wouldn,t be such an uproar of anti-war protesters, who actually have no live at all.

But then again you have your right to express your opinion freely an I won't even attempt to stop you.

Just a sugestion, try to keep your music from depicting political stuff in general.

The name of the song made me think of something other then what it was exactly about, so good job on nameing it, even though I guess the name doesn't count necessarily on the quality of the song, the name applies to the song, but can also have another direction it can take.

You know, I keep waiting to see those biological weapons...all I've seen so far are pesticides. Obviously the commie liberal media is putting its evil spin on everything. Wierd that no one in the Pentagon seems to be talking about bin Laden much these days, though. And here I thought Iraq was inextricably linked to Al-Qaeda...at least, that's what my president told me. On the other hand, if this whole Iraq thing ends up as a deliberate feint to lull Al-Qaeda into a false sense of security, I will stand up and applaud the president for being much craftier than I gave him credit for.

joepm: they have found some mustard gass and some other things, but most has been move out of Iraq to Iran and some other countries in secret storage, or so some say. and yes, the overly communistic liberal media is covering most of this up, Fox has better and less bias coverage of the war unlike cnn.

about fox, mtekk, everything is relative...personally i think they decided from the beginning to support this military action, and have shown nothing but support for it since. No media group is unbiased, and really all of the american news corporations have supported the war in general. Most European news networks, like the BBC, have blasted the american press for being a watchdog on a leash. Joe, love the song, like i said before, and we need as many opinions out there as possible to encourage critical thought and not blissful ignorance.

I think this song is brilliant, just like the rest of your songs. Keep up the good work, and dont listen to anyone who tells you any different. You've got talent - use it in any way possible And like pmscpc said, "if that means singing about a president you think is a twat, sing your heart out." - i couldnt have said it better myself.
